The Danish basket with apples
Ingredients:
For dough:
Yeast - 2,25 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Warm water - 1/4 glasses
Egg - 1 piece
Milk - 1/2 glasses
Sugar - 1/4 glasses
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Flour - 2,5 glasses
Desi - 220 g
Egg white - 1 piece
Stuffing:
Desi - 2 tablespoons
Apple - 2 pieces
Sugar - 3/4 glasses
Flour - 1,25 tablespoons
Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoons
Icing sugar - 1/2 glasses
Milk - 1,5-2 tablespoons
Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoons
Preparation:
Dough.
Yeast dissolve with teaspoon sugar in warm water. Leave for 10 minutes that yeast has begun to ferment. As soon as yeast is ready, hammer egg there, add milk, sugar and salt. Shake up nimbus and set aside.
Chop oil in flour, hands pound to small crumb. Pour in barmy mix and knead dough. Lay out dough on chopping board and porazminayta hands. Roll dough in rectangle. Put three times. Turn and roll again. Do this procedure 3 more times, after divide dough into 2 parts, wrap in food wrap and place in the refrigerator for the night.
Wash up and peel apples. In frying pan heat desi.
In separate bowl mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Roll in the apples cut on small cubes in this mix. Lay out apples in frying pan and prepare about 15 minutes. Cool about 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Get one half of dough from the refrigerator (the second leave on the following pie, dough can be stored till 5 days in the refrigerator and till 3 months - in deep freeze).
On chopping board powder with flour and roll dough in rectangle. Lay out apples in the middle.
Following the instruction on the picture, bind dough. Lay out pie on the baking tray laid by parchment paper and bake 15-20 minutes. In separate pan shake up icing sugar, milk (1,5-2 tablespoons) and vanilla.
After the termination of pastries grease with this mix pie and powder with icing sugar. Give warm to table.
