Ingrediyenty:olivkovy oil - 50 ml
Grade chili pepper Anaheim (a little sharp) - 3 pieces

Garlic - 5 cloves
Caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 tablespoon
Tomatoes in own juice - 800 g
Salt - to taste
Eggs - 6 pieces
Feta - 100 g
Parsley
Pitas


Heat frying pan with olive oil.


Small cut onions, pepper and garlic.


Small cut onions and pepper, stirring slowly, prepare about 6 minutes. Add the cut garlic, caraway seeds, paprika and cook garlic so far, onions and pepper will not become soft (about 2 more minutes).


Break tomatoes hands and together with juice add to frying pan. Pour in 1/2 glasses of water and extinguish on slow fire before solidification, stirring slowly, minutes 15. Salt.


Hammer eggs that they have evenly closed sauce. Close cover on minutes 5 that yolks have grabbed. Then accurately spoon disconnect proteins and mix with vegetables not to touch yolks.


Strew with feta. Give with pitas.
