Scrambled eggs in puff pastry by breakfast
Ingredients:
The sheet of puff pastry – 1 piece
Egg – 6 pieces
Champignons – 200 g
Sausage (Polish or hunting) – 200 g
Sheytsarsky cheese – 100 g
Parsley – 60 g
Desi – 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper - to taste
Egg for greasing
Heat oven to 190 degrees.
Roll dough, leave place in the middle for stuffing. From both parties make an incision dough on thick strips on each side that then from them to weave braid.
On frying pan kindle desi and fry the cut mushrooms and sausage. At this time shake up eggs and mix them with grated cheese. Pour out egg and cheese mix in frying pan and continue to prepare. Add the cut parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Cool fried eggs, and after lay out it on rolled dough (in the middle).
Weave braid and close it stuffing. Grease pie with frothed eggs and bake in oven about half an hour to golden-brown crisp.
