Sacks with cheese and mushroomsIngredients:
pork for chops
marinated mushrooms
garlic
Friendship processed cheese, it is possible mushroom
Preparation:
To cut and beat off meat.
On each chop to put on good slice of cheese, on it the cut mushrooms and couple of segments of garlic (it is possible through press and to mix with mushrooms).
We collect edges of chops in sack and we connect thread, I chopped off toothpicks.
We put each sack in the foil curtailed in the form of drinking bowl (as on photo), we salt, we pepper and we shift in form, we cover with foil.
We put in oven for 15 minutes, then we remove foil and we give it is reddened, approximately 10-15minut.
Cheese melts and follows in our improvised drinking bowl, mixing up with juice from frying and tasty sauce to meat without excess expenses of time turns out))! But at me cheese which has not melted and remained in sack has got, in this case it is better to give sacks with separately welded sauce or the sour cream mixed with greens. It is possible to give directly in foil, and it is possible to lay out on lettuce leaves, having sauced.
