Roll with honey dough

Ingredients

dough:
3 eggs
2 tbsps of honey
1/3 Art. of sugar
1/2 tsps of soda
3/4 Art. of flour
cream:

200 gr. boiled condensed milk
200 gr. sour creams

Preparation:

To shake up eggs, sugar and honey in dense foam, to add flour with soda and once again properly to shake up.
To lay baking tray baking paper and to distribute thin layer on it dough.
To put in the oven warmed to 200 degrees and to bake 10-15 minutes.
The received cake layer we heat to curtail into roll together with paper and to leave in such look to cool down.
We prepare cream, for this purpose we connect condensed milk to sour cream.
The cooled-down cake layer to develop, grease with cream and again to curtail into roll, this time already without paper.
To allow to stand to roll at least hour or so and to be treated!
