Very tasty pie, for holiday table.

For a start we bake cake layer
Dough:

1,5 glasses of flour
0,5 glasses of sugar
0,5 ch.lozhka not of extinguished soda

2-2,5 spoons of cocoa
1 egg
0,5 glass of milk
2-3 St of l rast. oils (the more cocoa, the is more than oil)
0,5 glass of the boiling water

We mix all dry products.
We shake up eggs.
Then we add oil and once again we shake up.
Then we add milk and dry-mix (serially to 2-3 receptions).
Well shaking up every time.
Dense dough has to turn out
Then we pour 1 glass of boiled water and once again we shake up that homogeneous mass has turned out
We spread dough in form
To bake in warmed to 180 C dukhovke25-30 minutes to readiness (to dry match)

For meringue:
3 proteins
1 Art. of sugar

To shake up.
To shift meringue in file or bag and to squeeze out small bezeshka on the baking tray laid by paper

Cream:
