Ingredients:

100 mg of milk
100 gr sugar
2 tbsps of honey
3 tsps of cocoa of powder
2 tsps of soda, extinguished vinegar
50 gr oil or margarine
1 egg
2.5 flour glass

for custard:
1/2 glasses of flour
3/4 glasses of sugar
1 l of milk
200 gr oils

for chocolate cover:
200 gr dark chocolate
1/2 St of cream

Preparation:

To mix milk, honey, sugar, extinguished soda, cocoa, oil, strongly to heat in microwave or on plate (puzyrik as though begins to boil will go). Slightly to shake up nimbus egg, to add to dough. Mixing, gradually to enter flour. Mookie can be necessary more or less, when mixing consider that when cooling dough gets thick. If add torments more than it is necessary, it will be more difficult to roll cake layers.

We scale dough on 8 parts and we roll very thin cake layers. The baking tray is oiled, we transfer cake layers by means of rolling pin. I give to cake layers the form already on baking sheet that when moving they would not be deformed. We puncture cake layers in several places with fork and it is baked 5 minutes at 175 degrees in well heated-up oven. The main thing not to overdo cake layers since they are quickly enough overdried and burn down.

We prepare cream. We mix sugar, flour, milk in stewpan. We put on slow fire and, constantly stirring slowly, we cook until cream thickens (approximately as good sour cream). We add desi and we mix.

We bedaub cake layers with cream and we allow to be drawn at least 2-3 hours. That cake layers would become impregnated quicker and the pie was more equal, I put wooden chopping board on cake layers. Fondant I once again straighten edges of the impregnated pie before filling.

For fondant we warm cream on small fire, small we break in them chocolate. Well we mix that chocolate would be dissolved and we fill in pie.

The pie was eaten so quickly that I have understood that not for nothing I so long looked for this recipe.
