Ingredients:

100 gr. sour creams
1 pieces egg
150 gr. sugar
160 gr. torments (1 glass)
50 gr. plums. oil
7 gr. baking powder
poppy, raisin, cocoa (additives in dough)
nuts, tinned pineapples (optional)

Preparation:

In ingredients norm of products — for one cake layer
To shake up egg with sugar, to add the kindled oil, sour cream. Gradually we add the flour mixed with baking powder. It is good to mix scapula.
To lay baking dish (I have diameter 26) parchment, to lay out dough.
Parchment can be greased with flavourless vegetable oil.
Dough turns out not liquid, even it was more convenient to me, it is simple to smear it on parchment and then to enclose in form.
We put form with dough in the warmed oven. To bake at temperature of 170 — 180 degrees. About 20 — 25 minutes, everything depends on oven.
The baking dish can be taken and the big size — then it is not necessary to cut biscuit, it will bake is thinner.
Ready biscuits need time completely to cool down, it is better than hours 6 — 8. It is possible to bake them in advance.
To prepare custard (the recipe is on this site) from 3 eggs.
To cut pineapples slices
To impregnate with syrup from pineapples biscuit (2 — 3 teaspoons). I tried and without impregnation to do, was convinced that if pie with custard, it is better to impregnate after all with syrup, it turns out is more juicy.
We grease each cake layer. Will be suitable for this pie and the swept-away cream, in this case it is not necessary to impregnate with syrup.
On cream we spread pineapples or nuts it is possible to put bananas (too it will be tasty).
But such additives are absolutely optional, it is possible to grease with one cream simply.
Here I want to notice that 3 biscuits — with a diameter of 26 cm — it turn out very much! high pie.
Experience shows that for pie with a diameter of 26 cm there are enough 2 cake layers!!!
