Ingredients:

For dough:
1,5 Art. of milk
200 gr. desi
1 Art. of sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsps of vegetable oil
soda of 0,5 tsps to extinguish in vinegar
salt pinch
flour (at me about 2 kg leave)

For cream:
2 Art. of milk
4 eggs
1,5 Art. of sugar
600 gr.slivochny oils
1. condensed milk
vanillin bag

Preparation:

Dough: To knead dough of average consistence, to divide on 20-22 part, but less than 30 it is never impossible to me! Depends on diameter of frying pan! To roll it is thin cake layers and to fry on frying pan from 2 parties baking plate cover. I so have me put donut, I cover and I roll the second until has rolled it is already possible to overturn.
