Pie - gingerbread with walnut and raisin. (fast)
Ingredients:
water - 250 ml,
vegetable oil - 130 ml,
sugar - 180 g,
vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon,
cocoa - 1 tablespoon with hill,
flour - 350-380 g,
baking powder - 1,5 teaspoons,
raisin - 100 g,
walnuts - 100 g.
Preparation:
In big bowl to pour in water, to fill sugar and vanilla sugar. To stir that sugar was dissolved. To pour in vegetable oil and to mix. About 100 grams of the flour put according to the recipe to separate and sift in separate bowl together with cocoa and baking powder. To add sifted flour with cocoa to bowl with water. Then, small portions to sift the remained flour, to add to dough and to mix.
Raisin to wash out, merge excesses of water, to spread out to towel and to dry. To roll in raisin in 1 tablespoon of flour. To chop nuts in the blender (not small). To add raisin and nuts to dough. To mix and lay out dough in form. To bake 45-50 minutes at temperature ~ 180 °C.
