Pickled cabbage
It is required to you:
White cabbage of 2000
Carrots of 400 g
Garlic of head of 1 piece.
Granulated sugar of 100 g
Salt of sea 5 tsps.
Vinegar of table 150 ml
Vegetable oil of 100 ml
Preparation:
To chop cabbage.
To grate carrot on large grater.
Now in big vessel we put layers cabbage and carrots. Somewhere between layers we put segments of the peeled garlic and it is densely stamped.
For marinade we mix the boiling water (1 liter) with other ingredients and we mix before full dissolution of salt and sugar.
We fill in cabbage with warm marinade so that it has covered cabbage, we cover densely and is left to be pickled for 2 days at the room temperature.
The ready cabbage needed only to be spread out on banks and to clean in the refrigerator.
