Orange sorbet

Ingredients:

Red orange - 10 pieces
Water - 1,5 cups
Honey (or sugar) - 1/2 cups


Wash up oranges. Cut off orange dried peel by means of grater. You need 1.5 tablespoons of orange dried peel


In small kastryulka pour water


Measure the necessary amount of honey (in need of it it is possible to replace with sugar) and add to kastryulka


Add dried peel to kastryulka, mix and include strong fire. We bring to the boil and at once we remove from fire


Cut off top and bottom of each orange. Then peel oranges of peel.


Clear each segment of peel, as shown in drawing. Squeeze out a little juice in bowl and send orange segments there


Lay out bowl contents in the food processor


Measure 2,5 cups of the received juice and add to syrup in kastryulka


Mix and lay out in the container. Send to the refrigerator for a period of 5-6 hours till the whole night


We get from the refrigerator and we give. It is possible to decorate with orange segment. Sorbet is ready!
