House zephyr

Ingredients:

Sugar - 200 gr
Egg whites - 200 gr (the weight of one protein of about 30 - 40 grams).
Cream - 200 gr
Gelatin - 10 gr
Syrup (crimson, strawberry) to your taste - 200 gr
Icing Sugar

Preparation:

1. We pour out fruit syrup which we have chosen dlyaprigotovleniye, in kastryulka, we add to it sugar and we cook mix on weak fire before solidification.

Important – during cooking, stir slowly all the time syrup that it has not burned slightly.

2. Proteins it is cooled in the refrigerator, and then we get them from the refrigerator and properly we shake up. When beating we will add a little citric acid to the whites.

3. We cool cream and too we shake up them.

4. Gelatin is dissolved according to the instruction on packaging.

5. When mix of fruit syrup with sugar becomes dense, we will remove it from fire and we will add whipped cream, protein whips and gelatin. We will well mix everything, and it is even better shaken up.

7. Form in which the zephyr will stiffen, plentifully we strew with icing sugar. We distribute souffle sweetmeat mass in form, and from above too we strew with icing sugar.

8. We place our dessert in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours.

9. Then to cuts of figure of the necessary form also we enjoy!
