House ice cream
Ingredients:
Milk - 65 ml.
% cream 33%-35 - 185 ml.
Yolks - 3 pieces.
Icing sugar - 110 gr.
Kiwi - 2 pieces large
Banana - 1/2 pieces of average
Preparation:
To shake up yolks with icing sugar in cream.
To mix cream with milk in stewpan, to put on fire, to heat almost to boiling.
Gradually to pour in hot cream shaking up nimbus.
To pour in stewpan. Cooks cream on weak fire, constantly stirring slowly, before solidification.
To pyurirovat kiwi and banana the blender separately.
To wipe kiwi through sieve.
To add fruit puree to hot cream. To mix.
To clean in the freezer for hour, before hardening of edges.
It is good to shake up the mixer. Cream will thicken and will increase in volume, but not as whipped cream or yolks, it is less. But weight will be filled with large vials of air. To clean in the freezer for 3 hours.
