Fruit ice
Ingredients:
For violet layer:
Bilberry (it is possible frozen) - 3/4 glasses (70g);
Yogurt of bilberry 1,5% of fat content or fat-free - 50g;
Ice - 1/4 glasses.
For white layer:
Yogurt of unsweetened 2% of fat content or fat-free - 150g;
Sugar - 1 teaspoon (10g);
Vanillin - 1/4 teaspoons;
Ice - 1/4 glasses.
For pink layer:
Strawberry (it is possible frozen) - 3/4 glasses (70g);
Strawberry yogurt of 1,5% of fat content or fat-free - 50g;
Ice - 1/4 glasses.
In addition:
Plastic small glasses on 50ml - 7sht;
Sticks for ice cream - 7sht.
Preparation:
We mix in the blender every color separately and we put aside. Then, we fill in the first color (violet) in form. We fill about 1/3 glasses. I used for form plastic glasses from rastishka. It is possible to use usual plastic one-time glasses. We put in the freezer. In 20-30 minutes we get and we insert sticks. We put back in the freezer for 30 minutes. After that time, we get our glasses and we fill in the following layer - white. We leave about 1/3 part of glass free. We send to the freezer for one hour. Then, we pour the last layer - pink. We put in the refrigerator on hour 2 or before full freezing. Fruit ice is ready!
