Favourite smetannik
Ingredients:
butter or margarine - 100 gr.
eggs - 2 pieces.
concentrated milk - 1 bank
soda (extinguished) - 1ch. l.
flour - 8 tablespoons.
cocoa - 1 tablespoon.
for cream
it is swept away 20% - 600 - 700 gr.
sugar - 100 gr.
Preparation:
1. We connect the softened oil to eggs, we shake up
2. We add concentrated milk, we shake up
3. We extinguish soda vinegar, we add to dough, we shake up
4. We sift flour in dough, we mix
5. We divide ready dough into two parts.
Dough has to it will turn out, as dense sour cream
6. We add the sifted cocoa to one of parts, we mix.
Also we start baking our cake layers at 180 degrees of 15-20 minutes (depends on oven).
While cake layers are concerned we prepare cream.
Sour cream and sugar it is connected and we shake up a little.
Ready cake layers it is cut in half. Also we cut off bokovinka.
Each cake layer is pinned by fork (except lower) and we grease with cream.
