Fast chocolate cakes without eggs
It is required to you:
375 g of flour
400 g of sugar
60 g of cocoa of powder
14 g of baking powder
6 g of salt
10 ml of apple cider vinegar
20 ml of extract of vanilla
240 ml of rapeoil (it is possible to take any vegetable flavourless)
475 ml of cold water or rather weak coffee
Preparation:
1. In big bowl we mix together all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt) we Do in mix three deepenings, two small and one big.
2. In one small deepening we pour in vanilla extract. In another apple cider vinegar
3. In big deepening we pour in oil
4. We fill in everything from above with cold water (or cold rather weak coffee). Intensively we mix everything together
5. We oil forms the vegetable. We fill with test approximately for three quarters
6. We bake in the oven of 25-30 minutes warmed to 180 degrees
7. Ready cakes it is cooled, we take out from forms and we powder with icing sugar.
