Elegant potato in Swedish.
Preparation:
The peeled potatoes are placed in spoon and not up to the end we make an incision on thin slices (we do accordion of potato). Edges of spoon as the limiter, do not allow to cut tuber up to the end.
If potato large - we cut them on snack plate or saucer with low sides.
Or as limiters we stack the cut potato two thin wooden reechka on each side.
Potatoes are displayed on baking sheet, each tuber is oiled creamy or vegetable (it is possible also melted fat).
WE DO NOT SALT.
We put in warmed to 225 gr. About oven for 25 minutes.
Then we take out from oven, once again we oil, we SALT, we strew with bread crumbs and again we put in oven for 20 minutes to zarumyanivaniye.
