Dough-enclosed sausage
It is required:
- One glass of flour
- Third of glass of warm water
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Teaspoon with hill of fast yeast powder
- Half of tablespoon of honey
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
In warm water we dissolve honey and yeast powder, we allow to recover
We add oil, salt. Gradually we pour flour and we knead dough
It is good to knead dough and to leave it to approach for about 20 minutes
As dough has approached, to podmesit a little it (slightly), to roll layer, to cut it on strips. Length of strip depends on the sausage size... The strip can be greased with frothed eggs that they have not revealed at pastries
To inwrap sausage in dough
To lay on baking tray at distance, to grease from above with egg, it is possible to strew with sesame
To bake in warmed to 250 C oven till ruddy color
