Dauphin potatoes baked under cheese

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes
1 egg
1 glass of milk
200 gr hard cheese
1 garlic glove
50 gr desi
0,3 tsps of nutmeg
black pepper to taste
2 tsps of seasonings for potatoes, and it is possible to put that you want or to do without seasonings in general.

Preparation:

To select the large unimpaired potatoes about one size, carefully to wash up, clear of peel and to cut circles 2 mm thick. To grate cheese on large grater.

Rub to mix chetvetr of cheese in bowl with milk and egg. To add ground nutmeg, freshly ground black pepper and seasoning. Carefully to mix, slightly shaking up.
Garlic to clear, cut lengthways in half. Form in which potatoes will be baked, properly to rub with garlic, then to grease with desi.

To warm oven to 200C. To lay out potatoes in form around so that each circle came on another a little (more convenient to spread from the middle of form to its edges). To fill in potatoes with cheese mix. From above to strew with the remained cheese and to lay desi slices. To put form in oven, to bake 45 minutes.

To give hot, having strewed with small cut green onions, the fried rings of onions or the fried lardons.
