It is required:
For pie:
150 g of desi of room temperature
100 g of refiner syrup (or to taste)
100 g of qualitative dark chocolate (75% of cocoa above)
50 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
160 ml of milk
3 eggs
170 g of flour
1/4 tsps of baking powder
salt pinch
For ganash:
100 g of dark chocolate
50 p desi of room temperature
Preparation:
1. To warm oven to 180 degrees. To grease baking dish with desi and to powder with flour.
2. On water bath to kindle chocolate, butter, sugar, cocoa and milk. To remove from fire and to mix before formation of homogeneous smooth mass. To cool 5 minutes.
3. To hammer on one three eggs, to add the flour sifted with salt and baking powder and to knead dough.
4. To shift dough in form and to bake 40 minutes to dry match.
5. For ganash to kindle chocolate on water bath. To remove from fire and to add the softened desi, to mix. Ready pie to cool, cover ganashy, to allow to stand 5 minutes and to give. With ice cream or vanilla yogurt it is especially tasty!

> 125 gr desi
> 100 gr dark chocolate (70% of the maintenance of cocoa)
> 75 gr white chocolate
> 40 gr cocoa
> 40 gr the sifted flour mixed with 1 teaspoon of baking powder
> 150 gr icing sugar
> 2 big eggs
Preparation:
Kindle on water bath desi with dark chocolate.
Separately mix flour (with baking powder), cocoa and sugar.
Mix cocoa mix with the kindled chocolate. Add 2 eggs and once again well mix.
Add white chocolate to the received weight
Oil form, evenly distribute in it dough.
Warm oven to 180 degrees and bake 25 minutes.

Preparation:
To heat oven on 160 degrees, to lay form of 26 cm in size parchment.
To break chocolate on slices, to add oil and milk, to kindle on water bath, to stir to uniformity.
To shake up eggs with sugar to weight gain twice.
Flour, cocoa and baking powder to mix and sift on egg mixture, carefully and quickly to mix, pour in chocolate mix constantly mixing.
To pour ready dough in form, to bake about 50 minutes.
For glaze to heat cream, to add chocolate, to stir so far it will not be dissolved, to cover with ready glaze pie.

1. To warm oven to 180 degrees. To grease baking dish with desi and to powder with flour.
2. To break chocolate on slices and to kindle on water bath. To implicate the softened desi.

Preparation:

4. To kindle chocolate on water bath (or microwave) in other bowl, to add it to egg mix, to mix.
