Chicken of piri-pira
Ingredients:
Red paprika - 1 piece.
Chili pepper - 4 pieces.
Lemons - 1 piece.
Paprika ground - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt - ? teaspoons
Chicken fillet - 500 g
Olive oil - 30 ml
Wash up pepper, carefully clear of seeds (carefully with hot pepper, it is better to protect hands!).
Cut as will be able, put in small kastryulka, there squeeze out lemon juice and prepare on small fire of 8-10 minutes.
By means of the blender turn pepper into mashed potatoes, having added paprika, garlic and salt.
In chicken fillet make 3 enough deep cut on diagonal.
Put fillet in form for roasting, enclose sauce in cuts and between fillet, water with olive oil a little.
Bake in the oven of 30 minutes warmed to 200 degrees. Chicken has to be ready, but not overdried. It is better to give with vegetables, but the fried potatoes perfectly will approach.
