Cheesecake with peaches (without pastries)
Ingredients:

100 g of desi
400 g of cottage cheese
200 ml. 30% of cream
vanillin
100 g of sugar (to taste)
30 g of gelatin
2 banks of peaches
Preparation:
1) It is better to do such cheesecake in split mold, from usual you will not get it, and to cut cold cheesecake in shape - doubtful pleasure.
2) To part 15 g of gelatin in the amount of water specified on package and to leave to bulk up for 30 minutes. From peaches (about 1 banks) to merge syrup and to wet the remained gelatin in syrup.
