Cheese cakes with berries
200 ml. warm milk
50 gr. creamy margarine
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 pieces egg
1 full teaspoon of yeast powder
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/4 h. salt spoons
2.5-3 flour glass
stuffing
1 glass of any berries, or mixes of berries (I have blackcurrant and small cut apple)
2-3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
In warm milk carefully to dissolve yeast, to add teaspoon of sugar and tablespoon of flour, to mix everything, to put sponge dough in heat before emergence of bubbles, for about 15 minutes.
To mix the berries which are previously defrozen with sugar and flour.
In bowl slightly to pound the kindled margarine, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, vegetable oil and salt, to pour this mix in sponge dough, to mix, pour glass of sifted flour, to mix, then pouring other sifted flour to knead soft dough.
To cover, clean in heat before rise twice, approximately for 1-1.5 hours.
To shift the suitable dough to the table oiled vegetable, to divide it on 8-10 balls.
Then to give everyone the equal form, to shift the laid by oil paper, each ball to baking tray to press down having given the round form, to allow to stand minutes 5.
Then to oil bottom of glass vegetable, and slightly to press down it core that small deepening has turned out.
To put stuffing in each deepening, slightly to press it into dough.
To give to cheese cakes on rasstoyka even minutes 10-15, then to grease edges with the yolk mixed with milk.
To put in the oven warmed to 200 degrees, to bake till golden color.
Ready cheese cakes can be strewed with icing sugar.
