Cakes with liquid stuffing.
I offer you very simple in preparation and very tasty chocolate dessert. Cake is unusual, those that at it turn out liquid stuffing. French are a good judge of desserts therefore it is sure — he will not disappoint you.

Ingredients:
4 (60 gr) tablespoons of unsalted butter
2/3 glasses (80 gr) icing sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
salt pinch
120 gr bitter chocolate
6 tablespoons of flour for baking
Preparation:
1. For a start warm up oven to 200 °C. Oil 4 small ceramic formochka about 180 ml. After powder with a little icing sugar.
2. Now eggs, sugar, coffee and salt will be necessary for us. Pour out all these ingredients in one bowl and mix not less than 2 minutes.
3. Break chocolate on small pieces and together with desi in capacity for roasting put in the microwave oven.
4. Place in microwave. Each 20 seconds stir slowly weight to state, so far chocolate and oil completely will not melt. Then let's weight cool down a little.
5. Now pour this weight in bowl with frothed eggs, sugar and coffee.
6. Add flour, and shake up nimbus to homogeneous mass without lumps (be not overzealous).
7. Pour dough on the formochka prepared in advance and place them on baking tray.
8. Bake about 11 minutes (do not overdo, differently the stuffing of cake will not be liquid).
Cake is ready!
