Ingredients.
200gr desi
200gr sugar
200gr it is swept away
1 bag of vanilla sugar (15gr)
400-500gr powdered milk
200-300gr cashew
1. We kindle desi on frying pan and we put sugar.
2. It is stirred carefully slowly until then when weight starts bubbling and we add sour cream
3. We break lumps and it is carefully mixed.
4. We bring to foamy state and we switch off plate.
5. We pour out hot weight in bowl for beating by the mixer or in the combine and it is gradually added powdered milk and vanilla sugar.
6. We shake up the mixer (or in the combine) to dense viscous state. If weight too liquid hammer more powdered milk. But thus it is important not to go too far, try to make everything accurately in these proportions. Otherwise there is risk completely everything to spoil.
7. We spread the turned-out weight in form.
8. We fill up from above with cashew nuts.
