Buns with cinnamon of Chrysanthemum

Flour — 3 stak.
Margarine — 200 grams
Sugar — 2 Art. of l
Milk — 1 stak.
Yeast (dry) — 2 h. l.
Salt — 0,5 h. l.
For stuffing:
50 g of desi
0,5 items of ground cinnamon
10-12 h. l. sugar

Preparation:

1. Grind yeast with salt, add milk and sugar, mix. Add the softened margarine to weight, and then flour. Then put dough in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours after that get to work with it.

2. From dough create balls, roll them in plaits.
To roll plaits from dough in flat cakes, to smear with stuffing, to curtail into roll.

3. From roll to curtail! To Ulitochk. Scissors make cuts on all ulitochka.

4. Powder with sugar the received chrysanthemums. Lay out rolls on the baking tray greased with margarine (a little).

5. Bake in the oven warmed to 180 °C till golden color.
