Boiled shrimps
Ingredients:
Shrimps - 500 g Onions - 1 piece Lemon (juice) - 1 piece Salt Pepper Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces


In big pan will boil water with the onions cut largely. Squeeze out lemon, throw lemon segments, properly salt. Throw couple of peas of pepper and laurel leaves. After everything has begun to boil, take on the mines slow fire 5.
Switch off fire, throw shrimps and, stirring slowly, hold in water. If use the big size of shrimp, put on small fire, but do not bring to the boil. Little shrimps hold 1-1.5 minutes. Check for readiness.
When shrimps are ready, immediately throw them in bowl with ice water on couple of seconds to stop cooking process. Merge water.
Give with favourite sauce and juice are fresh squeezed orange.
