Air bread with cinnamonIngredients:
Flour - 390 g
Sugar - 250 g
Milk - 80 ml
Eggs - 2 pieces
Desi - 120 g
Water - 60 ml
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
Yeast powder - 2 teaspoons
In deep ware mix flour, 50 g of sugar and yeast powder
In separate bowl shake up eggs. Part desi in warm milk and add water and vanilla there
Now shake up eggs with milk and creamy mix and gradually add flour. Mix dough. Cover with towel and leave in warm place to approach for 1 hour.
Roll dough in layer of 30х50 cm. Grease surface with the kindled desi (60 g)
Mix 200 g of sugar with cinnamon. Strew with sugar powder dough surface. By means of round dough knife cut it lengthways on 6 equal parts. Inwrap each ribbon accordion.
Now all rolls it is densely spread to each other in formochka
Send bread to the oven warmed to 180 degrees and bake within 30 minutes
Get bread from oven and let's it cool down. Bread is ready! -
