Rice jasmine with vegetables and chicken

Ingredients:

For 5-6 portions

rice jasmine - 400gr
chicken fillet - 2sht (near 400gr)
champignons - 500gr
paprika - 1 large (it is better red)
Chile pepper - 1/2 pods (or 1/3ch.l. flakes of dried pepper)
onion - 1 head
cilantro - small bunch (near 50gr)
ginger - 1ch.l. grated fresh root
lemon juice 1/2
salt
vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

To boil rice: in pan to pour 700ml waters, to bring to the boil, to pour rice and to mix. as soon as begins to boil - to lower fire on minimum and to prepare baking plate cover about 12-14 minutes (that all water was absorbed).
So far rice cooks to prepare other ingredients: to cut chicken fillet brusochka, champignons - plates, pepper - straws, onions - half rings, largely to chop cilantro.

In frying pan wok or in usual deep frying pan on the warmed vegetable oil to fry chicken to readiness, to lay out in bowl and to set aside.

In frying pan to lay out onions and periodically mixing to fry it to transparency, to add to onions Bulgarian and Chile pepper and to continue to fry at periodic hashing to softness of pepper, to lay out in bowl and to set aside.

In frying pan to lay out champignons and to fry them to readiness.

To add chicken, onions and pepper, cilantro, lemon juice, grated ginger, salt to champignons. Properly to mix.

To lay out rice to vegetables and chicken, to mix and warm up together 1-2 minutes.
