THE GLAZED DONUTS WITH LIME

The glazed donuts with lime

The glazed donuts with lime

Ingredients:
Flour of 200 g
Baking powder of 0,7 h. l.
Salt of 0,2 h. l.
Dried peel of lime of 0,5 h. l.
Oil of grape seeds of 40 ml
Sugar of 0,5 St.
Milk of 0,5 St.
Vanillin of 0,5 h. l.
Egg of 1 piece.
Cream cheese of 60 g
Icing sugar of 2 tablespoons.
Fat cream of 1 tablespoon.
Juice of lime of 1 tablespoon.
Vanilla extract of 0,5 h. l.
Lime dried peel to taste

To warm oven to 175C. To sprinkle a little baking dish of donuts (on 6 pieces) or to oil.
To mix flour, baking powder, salt and dried peel of lime in small bowl. To mix and put aside.
To mix oil, sugar, milk, vanillin and egg in small bowl, to shake up to homogeneous mass.
To add flour mix and to shake up to homogeneous mass.
To lay out dough in baking dish of donuts.
To bake 17-18 minutes until the surface of donuts at touch begins to spring.
To get donuts from form and to put on lattice that have cooled down.
Glaze:
To shake up cream cheese with icing sugar, cream, juice of lime and vanillin in wide flat bowl. If glaze turns out too liquid, to add 1 more tablespoon of icing sugar.
When donuts almost cool down, to dip them the upper party into glaze and to return on lattice that glaze has stiffened.
To strew with lime dried peel.
Notes:
If you have no baking dish of donuts, it is possible to use form for muffins - lime cakes with glaze will turn out.
Oil of grape seeds can be replaced channels with oil.
