Ingredients:
6-8 average sizes of potatoes,
desi,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
salt,
white pepper.
Preparation:
1. We clean and wash potatoes.
2. Accurately, by sharp knife it is cut out from potato form of keg. So potato looks much more nicely and because of the small size is better fried thoroughly.
3. Here such accurate kegs have to turn out from our potato.
4. Further we scald. In the boiling water we lower potatoes and we cook about 5-7 minutes
5. We pull out potatoes and we allow it to flow down.
6. Further we warm frying pan on average fire, we pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, we kindle in it creamy.
7. We spread potato and on average fire we fry till sure golden color from all directions. We salt and pepper after have taken out ready potatoes from frying pan.
