Mandarine cake


- 8-10 pieces tangerine
- 3 eggs
- 3 glasses of sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 1 pack of margarine
- 3 glasses of flour


Properly to wash, fill in tangerines with boiled water and to leave for 5-10 minutes.

To shake up eggs with sugar, to add bag of vanilla sugar, then 1 teaspoon of soda, extinguished vinegar.

Soft margarine (1 pack) is small cut and we add to egg mix.

We shake up everything the mixer, then we add 3 glasses of flour.

We knead dough wooden spoon.

To crush tangerines in the blender, to mix with the main dough.

To oil loaf pan and slightly to strew with flour.

We bake about an hour, at temperature of 250 degrees.
