Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 2 St;
sugar: sand – 1 St;
desi – 200 g;
cottage cheese – 0,5 kg;
eggs – 3 pieces;
soda – pinch;
vanilla sugar – 0,5 tsps.

Preparation:

For a start we need to cool desi so that it was easy to grate it on large grater. And we do. We pour into oil flour with soda and sugar (half of dose) and properly we knead fork. At us such oil and flour crumb will turn out as a result. In separate bowl we mix with each other: cottage cheese (it is better to take cottage cheese of high fat content, the food will turn out more tasty as a result), and sugar with eggs (I shake up nimbus a little). We take form, we oil it and even layer we pour out half of our oil and flour crumbs. From above we spread cottage cheese, we level and we fill up with the remained half of crumbs. We warm up oven to 180-200 degrees and we put our cheese cake to be baked for about 30 minutes (to rumyanost).
If cottage cheese with lumps, it it is better to wipe through sieve, so it will turn out more gentle.

Ingredients:

500 g of chanterelles
300 g of champignons (it is possible only champignons of 800 g)
2 pieces of onions
40 ml of vegetable oil
45 g of desi
400 ml of milk
350 g of tomatoes
1 tsps of basil dried
3 segments of garlic
1 tsps of salt
40 g of flour
1 tsps of oregano
12 pieces of sheets of lasagna



COOKING RECIPES


Fry the onions cut by thin half rings and the crushed garlic in small amount of oil to softness. Add the cut champignons and prepare, stirring slowly, 10 minutes until from them excess liquid evaporates. Then add chanterelles.

Salt and continue to prepare about 10 more minutes on average fire, then switch off fire.

Prepare sauce bechamel. In frying pan kindle desi on weak fire. Add flour, stir, bring to the boil. Remove from fire and gradually add cold milk to hot mix, very carefully stirring that there were no lumps.

Put mix on small fire and cook, constantly stirring slowly (especially in pan corners), before solidification. Add pinch of nutmeg and salt. Sauce has to turn out not too dense, fluid.

Milk — 1/2 stak.
Water — 1/3 stak.
Egg — 1 piece
Vegetable oil — 1 h. l.
Salt — 1 h. l.

Preparation:

The recipe dough for vareniki and pelmeni
Classical dumplings dough has to consist of flour, eggs and water (milk) - this structure was defined by centuries-old experience of many people. Other question costs in definition of the correct proportions and here experience again comes to the rescue. The ideal ratio of eggs and water - on each average egg needs to be taken 2 glasses of flour. For obtaining necessary viscosity of dough warm water and/or milk is added. Vegetable oil does dough more gentle and pliable. Salt is added to taste.
So, we pour out on table or in cup 2 glasses of flour. In the center of the received hill we do small deepening, we break egg there and we add the warm water mixed with milk and salt.

Carefully we knead dough, we add to it 1 teaspoon of oil and once again properly we knead.

We cover the received dough with fabric or towel and we leave for 40 minutes for maturing. In 40 minutes our remarkable dough will be ready.

Ingredients:
Basis:
Crumb from cookies – 1,25 glasses
Sugar – ? glasses
Butter or margarine – 70 g

Stuffing:
Yogurt (without sugar) – 900 g
Sugar – ? glasses
Berries (on choice) – 2 glasses

Heat oven to 190 degrees. Mix all ingredients for basis, stamp them at the bottom day of round form. Bake 8-10 minutes to golden-brown crust. Completely cool.

Filter yognut through colander and put in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Yogurt has to be the driest. Mix the received yogurt with sugar. Lay out it on the cooled-down basis and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. From above place berries.

The refreshing house lemonade

Ingredients:

On the whole 10 liters (!) 4 oranges, 1 lemon and sugar will be required

Lemonade will turn out very tasty, refreshing! Plus can be made tasty jam!

Preparation:

To obdat fruit boiled water, to put in the freezer for 8-10 hours, and then to lower for a while in hot water (that fruit has better given in to cutting) after that to cut on slices and to scroll via the meat grinder. To fill in the scrolled weight with 3 liters of cold drinking water.
In 15 minutes to filter infusion, at first through colander to clean large slices, then through sieve to remove pulp, – (waste do not throw out, they still will be useful to you).
1kg. sugar dissolve in 2 liters of warm water.
To add in the filtered infusion 4 more (four!) liter of water and 2 liters, the turned-out syrup. Let's be drawn an hour more and all! Lemonade is ready.
Pour in beautiful jug, and other in bottles. Will put everything in the refrigerator.
If you are frightened by so big liter capacity, reduce amount of ingredients half. But I am sure that, having tasted this drink, you will cook it more and more. Lemonade has turned out very tasty, refreshing! I have taken half of norm, the exit at me has turned out 5 liters.
Waste can be filled up with sugar, and to bring to the boil – jam will turn out.

Ingredients:
Dough:
Flour – 3 glasses
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Soda – 1 teaspoon
Salt – ? teaspoons
Desi – 170 g (room temperature)
Sugar – 1,25 glasses
Egg – 3 pieces
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Sour cream or yogurt – 2 glasses
The kindled chocolate
Stuffing:
Granulated sugar – ? glasses
Refiner syrup – ? glasses
Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
Raspberry (fresh or defrozen) – 1,5 glasses

Preparation:
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease form for pie with desi. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt and mix.
In the mixer shake up desi and sugar at average speed about 5 minutes to air state. Hammer on one egg for time. Add vanillin. At small speed in 3 approaches to vsypta flour mix also pour in sour cream. Knead dough.
Start preparing stuffing, having mixed sugar and cocoa.
Lay out about 1,5 glasses of dough in the prepared form. Powder with third of mix of sugar and cocoa and third of quantity of raspberry. Lay out 2 more glasses of dough, also distribute exactly on surface, repeat with stuffing. In the same way lay out leftover dough, sugar about cocoa and raspberry. Bake pie at 175 degrees of 50-60 minutes. Cool. Fill in with the kindled chocolate and give to tea.

Ingredients:
100 g of sesame
100 g of dark chocolate
2,5 tablespoons
1 tablespoon of water
2,5 tablespoons of honey
100 g of walnuts
50 g of honey flakes / cereals (as for breakfast)
125 g of desi

Preparation:
Fry sesame on antiprigarny frying pan without oil. In small kastryulka heat water with sugar to thick caramel syrup, then add honey, the softened oil and slices of chocolate. Prepare on small fire, periodically stirring slowly, to homogeneous mass (everything has to thaw). Remove from fire, add honey flakes / grains, the cut nuts and sesame. When all mix cools down, stick together in form sausage, wrap in paper for pastries or in foil.
Put in the refrigerator for the night.

Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 250 g.
The sausage or hunting sausages (cut) – 100 g
Olive oil – 60 ml
Champignons – 600 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
White wine – 125 ml
Cream – 300 ml
Parsley chopped – 3 tablespoons
Grated parmesan – 30 g

Preparation:
Boil al's paste tent and set aside aside. On frying pan fry sausages to readiness and lay out on plate. In the same frying pan heat olive oil and fry about 3 minutes are thin the cut mushrooms, squeeze out garlic, pour in wine and prepare 50% of liquid it will not be absorbed so far. Then pour in cream and the cut parsley, salt and pepper, mix. Lay out paste in sauce, mix and add the prepared sausages. Lay out on plate and give with grated cheese.

Necessary ingredients:

red fish (cutting or vacuumized)
cream cheese
toasts or cucumber
Way of preparation.

For stuffing small we cut fish and we mix with cheese. The stuffing mixes up easier, if cheese – room temperature.

We prepare it is thin the cut slices of fish and we stack them on board. If slices small – it is possible to lay them with an overlap on two - three. Further by even layer it is displayed on slices of fish stuffing.

The following simple operation – to curtail rolls. If there is time and patience – it is good to cool them in the freezer so that cheese has started hardening. It will help to cut them beautiful accurate circles 5 - 6 millimeters thick. The snack from red fish will be more nice to look if to do rolls not really thick, on 2 – 3 centimeters in the diameter, and will knife the very sharp.
The ready cut rolls can be laid out on toasts or on slices of cucumber and tax to table.

Tomatoes in own juice - 300 g
The onion cut - 1/4 cups
Garlic teeth - 1 piece

Paprika - 1 piece

Ground caraway seeds - 1, 4 teaspoons
The cilantro cut - 1/2 glasses
Lime - 1/2 pieces


Cut onions.


Crush tinned tomatoes in the combine and will add onions


Crush garlic and cut pepper


Add salt and sugar and squeeze out lime half juice


Add the cut greens of cilantro and carefully shake up in the blender.


Then add caraway seeds and again shake up

Oat-flakes – ? glasses
Cottage cheese (1%) – 100 g
Egg whites – 4-5 pieces
Cinnamon – ? teaspoons
Baking powder – ? teaspoons
The raspberry (frozen or fresh) – 60-80 g

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except raspberry in the food processor and shake up to homogeneous mass. Remove edges and to vsypta raspberry, accurately rub it into dough.
On frying pan on average fire fry oladushka from both parties (1-2 minutes on the party). 3 small or 2 average oladushka have to turn out.
Lay out oladushka on plate and give with yogurt or raspberry jam.

Heat frying pan on average fire. Smear bread on the one hand with oil, with another put 1 teaspoon pesto. - 2 glasses of rice
- garlic
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- salt

Way of preparation:

To wash out rice and to allow water to flow down.
In pan to pour vegetable oil.
Garlic can be cut as more small (or to squeeze out via the spadefoot), to roast on oil till golden color. Then to fill up rice and it is good to mix with garlic and oil. To add salt. To fill in with water so that it was 2 cm higher than rice. To close cover and to put on strong fire.
As soon as begins to boil, without opening cover, to put on weak fire and to cook within 20 min. to full readiness.

Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg (hips and legs)
Mix of vegetables (carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, garlic, broccoli)
Olive oil
Balsam vinegar – 1-2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Dry herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)

Preparation:

Heat oven to 220 degrees. Wash up and cut vegetables. Lay out from in dish for roasting. Sprinkle olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Lay out dry herbs. Sprinkle legs and hips olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay out on vegetables and bake about an hour to readiness of chicken. Get chicken from dish, mix vegetables and take in oven of 5-10 more minutes. Cool and give. Give with fresh parsley.

Ingredients:
Chocolate – 170 g
Mix for preparation of hot chocolate (or cocoa) – 2 teaspoons
Sugar – 1,5 tablespoons
Milk – ? glasses
Ice – 3 glasses
Chocolate cut and kindle on water bath, periodically stirring slowly. Add cocoa, sugar and mix. Remove from fire, pour in ? glasses of milk, mix to homogeneous mass. Cool to room temperature. In the blender fill in the remained milk, the cooled-down prepared chocolate mix and ice. Shake up at high speed. Pour on glasses, decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate or chocolate sauce.
