It is required to us
1 chicken fillet + as much veal
half of small carrot (or part of carrots + part of cabbage)
half of bulb
2-3 Art. of l of cottage cheese

2 Art. of l of cream or melted butter
salt, pepper

We will prepare cutlets, having mixed chicken and veal forcemeat, but it is possible to prepare completely from the chicken.
It is also possible to replace part of carrot with cabbage, it will turn out is more juicy.
It is also possible to add slice of the bread soaked in milk, but on my taste, in chicken cutlets bread superfluous.
In bowl of the blender we crush fillet and veal.
We rub on grater carrots, onions, we add to forcemeat and once again we crush the blender.
We add salt, pepper, cream, we mix.
We create small cutlets. I, knowing about Semyon's love to food of oblong form I do also cutlets in shape sosisochek, he eats them more willingly as it is more convenient to keep such oblong cutlets in the handle

We pour olive or any vegetable oil in the crock-pot, we warm the crock-pot within 4-5 min.
We put cutlets. We close the crock-pot.
