Eggs Caesar

Eggs Caesar

Ingredients:

Worcester sauce (at will) 1/4 h. l.
Dijon mustard of 2 h. l.
lemon juice 1/2 of h. l.
mayonnaise of 3 tablespoons.
the cut parsley of 2 tablespoons.
olive oil of 1 tablespoon.
breading croutons 1/4 of glass
romaine lettuce of 12 leaves
grated parmesan of 2 tablespoons.
fillet of anchovy of 1 piece.
dried peel of lemon of 1/4 h. l.
garlic 1 clove
eggs of 6 pieces.

Preparation:

Boil hard boiled eggs. Cut everyone lengthways and carefully take yolk.
Knead yolks with mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, mustard, lemon juice, parsley. Salt also black pepper to taste.
Lay out yolk weight in cups from protein. And in parallel in small frying pan heat olive oil on average fire. Add anchovies and davleny garlic and prepare, stirring slowly until anchovies start being dissolved in oil. On it will leave about 1 minutes. Add lemon dried peel and grain crumbs and fry them till golden color, approximately from 2 to 3 minutes. Add parmesan and remove from fire.
Spread out romaine leaves on tray or in plate, lay out from above eggs. Strew with parmezanovy crumb each egg.
