Ingredients:
thin unleavened wheat cake - one piece
chicken fillet - 200 grams
the Korean carrots - 100 grams
the Korean cabbage - 100 grams
cucumber - one piece
tomato - one piece
mayonnaise - to taste
ketchup - to taste
salt - to taste
black sprinkling pepper - to taste
vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
We will wash chicken fillet, we will dry, we will cut small fibers, we will salt, we will pepper and we will fry on vegetable oil. We will wash cucumber, we will dry and we will cut thin straws. We will wash tomato and we will cut small segments.
Let's separately prepare sauce. For this purpose we will mix ketchup with mayonnaise and we will a little salt, and we will pepper.
After that on table we will lay out unleavened wheat cake and properly we will grease with the prepared sauce. Then we will lay out layer of the Korean carrots, cabbage, then the cucumber cut by straws, segments of tomatoes and the fried slices chicken. From above we will sauce. Then we will curtail everything into envelope, we will put in package and we will warm up in microwave at the power of 800 W within 1 minute. It is also possible we will warm up on the frying pan oiled by the vegetable.
