Banana pie with walnuts

Ingredients (form of 22-24 cm in size):

240 g of walnuts
1-2 tbsps of icing sugar

Dry ingredients:
60 g of flour of kino
120 g of wheat flour
10 g of baking powder
5 g of salt

Wet ingredients:
110 g of the unsalted butter cut in cubes
70 g of dark refiner syrup
70 g of white sugar
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
70 g are swept away
1 tsps of extract of vanilla

Sequence of actions

For owners of mill of KitchenAid I recommend to grind fresh flour from grain of kino on 10 speeds of the mixer, having established the smallest degree of grinding.

1. To warm oven to 170 C. In the diameter to grease form of 22-24 cm in size with desi.
2. To roast walnuts in oven about 15 minutes till light golden color. To cool.
3. In bowl of the mixer to place oil with sugar. To establish flat nozzle and on average (at me 4-6) to knead speeds of the mixer about 3 minutes before formation of homogeneous mass. To add the cut bananas and to knead at average speed about 30 seconds.

To add eggs, on one, to knead to homogeneous mass.

To add sour cream and vanilla extract. To scrape off spatuly all scrap doughs from walls of bowl and to knead until weight becomes smooth and homogeneous (about 1 minute).

4. To crush half of walnuts in the processor, - largely to chop the second (to leave for sprinkling). To connect to sifted flour. To add dry ingredients to mixer bowl. At slow speed (at me 2-4) to knead to uniformity (about 1 minute).

5. To pour out dough in form, to level surface.

6. To bake 50-60 minutes, having turned form on 180 degrees approximately on the 30th minute. To check for readiness toothpick. To strew ready pie from above with walnuts and icing sugar. To cool in shape.

Chopped chocolate pie

Ingredients:
Desi of 220 g
Sugar of brown 240 g
Sugar of 240 g
Egg of 2 pieces.
Vanilla extract of 1 h. l.
Flour of 2,5 St.
Sea salt of 1 h. l.
Baking soda of 1 h. l.
Chocolate of bitter 400 g

To warm oven to 160C. To oil pig-iron frying pan.
To shake up in big bowl of the mixer oil with sugar up to the magnificent weight. On one to add eggs, shaking up after everyone. To add vanillin and to shake up to homogeneous mass.
To mix flour, salt and soda in other bowl. To pour flour mix into bowl of the mixer and to shake up to homogeneous mass.
To add chopped chocolate and slightly to shake up.
To lay out dough in frying pan and to level surface hand. To strew surface with sea salt.
To bake about 45 minutes until the surface is reddened.
Completely to cool pie before cutting.
It is possible to give with ice cream.

baking powder - 2 h. spoons
vanilla sugar - 1 h. spoon

bananas - 2 pieces

Preparation:

1. Bananas to clear and knead fork.

2. To shake up the softened oil with sugar by means of the mixer. To add the kneaded banana gruel and it is good to mix.

3. To add milk, vanilla sugar and pinch of salt, and once again to mix.

4. On one to add eggs, shaking up weight the mixer, at the minimum speed, or nimbus.

5. In the last turn to add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and to stir dough to homogeneous consistence.
To pour out dough in the split mold oiled or covered with parchment paper for pastries.

6. To bake pie at temperature of 180-190 degrees of 30-40 minutes.

260 g of cottage cheese (18%)
3 eggs
16 g of baking powder

Preparation:

2) To shake up soft oil with sugar at high speed of the mixer within 5 minutes.
3) To add cottage cheese and again to shake up to absolutely homogeneous consistence.
4) To add eggs, on one, continuing to shake up.
5) To add baking powder and sifted flour. Again to shake up everything at small speed.
6) To add raisin (previously to wash out, dry and slightly to roll in in flour).
7) To lay out dough in the prepared form. To bake within 55 minutes (depending on oven). Readiness to check toothpick.
8) To cool ready cake minutes 10 in shape, then to take it and to cool completely. To strew with icing sugar.
9) It is desirable to allow to stand days (well, or at least night) in the refrigerator. Believe, next day cake will be even more tasty!

Pie from cream cheese with glaze

Ingredients:

Dough:
1 ? cups of the desi softened
250 grams of cream cheese (Philadelphia, mascarpone)
3 glasses of sugar
6 big eggs
3 glasses of flour
1/8 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Glaze:

300 grams of icing sugar
5 tablespoons of milk
2 h. l. vanillin
Berries for ornament

Preparation:

1. To warm oven to 150 °C and to prepare form for pie having powdered it with flour, on photo to the recipe the form hollow inside by diameter in 25 cm was used, you can use usual form of the approximate size.

2. To shake up cream cheese and oil at average speed of the mixer to homogeneous smooth state, gradually to add sugar, to shake up to light fluffy condition of weight.
Then on one to add eggs and to mix after each addition of egg.

3. To mix flour and salt and gradually to add to mix, without stopping shaking up, but already at small speed, to add vanilla extract, to mix and switch off the mixer.

4. To lay out evenly dough in form and to bake readiness to check toothpick within 1 hour 45 minutes, it has to leave dry after you pierce it pie as soon as pie propeksya to take out it and to put to be cooled for 15 minutes.
