Hash browns

Ingredients:

- 5 pieces of potatoes
- 1 bulb
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 Art. of flour
- salt
- ground black pepper
- garlic (powder)
- vegetable oil – for frying

Preparation:

1. To grate the peeled potatoes. (if watery potatoes, to wring out it).
2. Small to cut onions.
3. To mix potatoes with onions.
4. To salt, season with pepper and garlic – to taste.
5. To pour flour, to mix.
6. To shake up slightly eggs and to add to potato mix.
7. To mix.
8. To warm oil in frying pan with thick bottom.
9. To lay out on 1 tbsp of potato dough.
10. To fry on average fire till golden color from both parties.
11. To shift every portion to paper towel, deleting excess of fat.
12. Then to shift hash browns to plate and to warm up in the microwave oven furnace or oven – that potatoes were completely ready inside.
13. To serve hash browns to table with sour cream, natural yoghourt or sauce – to taste.
