Home-made cooked sausage
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet (or turkey) — 700 g
Cream (I took milk, 92 kcal have turned out in general) — 300 ml
Egg white — 3 pieces
Salt
Black pepper
Seasonings
Preparation:
1. We cut crude fillet on slices. We crush the cooled chicken (indyushiny) fillet in the blender to kremoobrazny state, we add whites, pepper and salt to taste. At will it is possible to add nutmeg.
2. We pour in cold cream in forcemeat and we mix to uniformity.
3. On rectangular piece of food wrap we spread 1/3 forcemeats, we turn in sausage and we tie edges thread. So we make 2 more times. 3 sausages turn out.
4. In pan we pour water and we put on fire, we bring to the boil and we reduce fire to minimum. Water should not boil. In water we spread sausages and we press down them saucer that they did not emerge. We cook them 60 minutes.
5. We take out sausages and we cool.
6. We skim.
7. We display parchment paper on table, we strew paper with seasonings, herbs (it is better to take the Italian herbs). We put sausage on herbs and we turn. So we do with each sausage. We clean in the refrigerator for 8 hours, it is possible for the night. Before giving we remove paper and we cut.
