Stewed pork with balsam sauce

Ingredients:
Sage of dried 2 h. l.
Salt of 1 h. l.
Pepper of black ground 3 h. l.
Garlic powder of 3 h. l.
Pork of 1 kg
Water of 1 St.
Coca of 0,5 St.
Sugar of brown 0,5 St.
Corn starch of 1 tablespoon.
Balsam vinegar of 3 tablespoons.
Soy-bean sauce of 2 tablespoons.

Mix sage, salt, pepper, garlic powder in small bowl. Grate with this mix pork. Place polished pork in stewpan on plate and pour water and Coca-Cola. Cook on slow fire within 8-10 hours.
For hour to readiness of pork make glaze. Mix all ingredients of glaze in small pan and heat on average fire, constantly to stir slowly sauce until it starts getting denser. Water with glaze time pork 2 or 3 within this last hour.
As soon as pork is prepared, remove from plate. If there is in stone meat that vyymit them and divide meat into small slices.
