The elementary bulk pie on kefir
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1,5 glasses of flour
- 1 glass of kefir
- baking powder bag
- salt, sugar to taste
For stuffing:
- 100 g of light-salted salmon
- 50 g of cheese
- little fresh greens
Preparation:
To mix flour with baking powder and to sift. To shake up eggs nimbus with kefir. To add salt and sugar. Gradually shaking up, to enter flour into egg mix. Dough has to it will turn out slightly more densely, than on fritters.
To cut small fish small cube, also to cut cheese, to crush greens.
To rub everything into dough and properly to stir.
To oil form and slightly to powder with crackers. To bake at 180-200 C within 20-25 minutes. On readiness to check toothpick.
