Silk chocolate pudding

Silk chocolate pudding

Ingredients:
Powder gelatin – 7 g
Milk – 70 ml + 340 ml
Sugar – 140 g
Cocoa powder – 20 g
Salt – ? teaspoon
Vanillin – 2 teaspoons

Preparation:
Wet gelatin in 70 ml of milk. Put sugar, cocoa, salt and other milk in kastryulka on small fire. Stirring slowly, cook before boiling and full sugar remelting about 5 minutes. Immediately pour in milk with gelatin and properly mix. Add vanillin.
Put in the freezer without cover for 15 minutes, then close food wrap and hold 3-4 hours to firm chocolate paste.
Before giving it is possible to shake up pudding the manual mixer to homogeneous silk consistence.
Spread out on ice-cream bowls and give.
