Carrot muffins with sunflower seeds

Ingredients:
175 g of flour
200 g of grated carrot (2 pieces of the average size)
100 g of sugar
175 ml of sunflower oil
3 big eggs, slightly to shake up
100 g of sunflower sunflower seeds (to fry on dry frying pan)
1/2 glasses of walnuts, small cut
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoons of nutmeg

Preparation:
Heat oven to 180 degrees. Mix separately dry and wet ingredients, and then gradually mix both mixes to homogeneous mass. Pour on formochka and bake 15-20 minutes. Slightly cool and get from formochek.
