Gentle crisp biscuit!)

Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 300 g of desi
- 150 g of icing sugar
- salt pinch to taste
- 400 g of flour
- 40 g of cocoa powder
- 1 protein
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Preparation:
