Gentle garlick small knots

Ingredients:

Flour - 480 g
Sugar - 12 g
Dry drozhiya - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 30 ml
Milk - 60 ml
Water - 370 ml
Garlic - 2 cloves
Desi - 40 g
Oregano - 1 tablespoon


At first mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast in deep capacity. Add olive oil of room temperature and warm milk.


Mix dough. Cover with food wrap and put in warm place for 1 hour.


Further divide dough into 8 equal parts and create sausages 25 cm long.


Braid sausage in small knot.


Pass edges in inside. The small knot will turn out. Then distribute small knots on baking pan on distances from each other.


Crush garlic. Kindle desi on water bath. Add to it oregano and garlic.


By means of brush grease with the prepared sauce surface of small knots. We bake at temperature of oven of 175 degrees within 15-18 minutes.
