Chicken Boone murg with spices

Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg (7-8 legs/hips or dark meat)
Sunflower oil – 1 teaspoon (to cover chicken)
Salt – 1,5 teaspoons
For mix of spices:
4 whole dry Chile of pepper
2 tablespoons of seeds of coriander
6 carnations
1,5 teaspoons of caraway seeds
2 pods of black cardamom
2 teaspoons of peppercorn
? teaspoons of turmeric
? teaspoons of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of salt
For sauce:
Small cut onions – 1 glass
Garlic – 6 cloves (small to grate)
(To grate) fresh ginger – 5 cm
Bay leaf – 3 pieces
Cinnamon stick – 2,5 cm
The Greek (usual) yogurt – ? glass
Sunflower oil – 4 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Cilantro/onions for giving (optionally)

Preparation:
Wash up and dry up meat in paper towels. Rub with 1 teaspoon of oil and 1,5 teaspoon of salt. Leave for 5 minutes in bowl.
At this time on small fire throw all whole (not powder) spices in small kastryulka (except turmeric, nutmeg and salt) and fry will not feel aroma (about 5 minutes) yet. Let's spices time cool down slightly, and after shift them in the coffee grinder or in mortar. Small grind spices. Add turmeric, nutmeg and salt and carefully mix all mix.

In the same frying pan again heat oil fry the cut onions to golden state, then add polished ginger and garlic to onions. Throw bay leaf and stick of cinnamon. Leave the minimum fire and in minute pour in yogurt with spices. Properly mix with onions. Prepare about 2 minutes, without bringing yogurt to the boil.
Return chicken to frying pan, increase fire to average and prepare about 5 minutes. If necessary salt in addition. Close frying pan cover, reduce fire and leave chicken to prepare 25-30 minutes. Do not add water! Chicken itself has to start up juice! After switch off fire, leave chicken under cover even minutes 10. Give with fresh cilantro or green onions.
