Potato cake scalded

Ingredients:

- custard
- 200 ml of milk
- 100 g of oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 1 egg
- vanillin
- 300 g of crumb from cookies
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 50 g of nuts (at will!)

Preparation:

Nuts to crush or process on the meat grinder, to mix with crumb.

To add cocoa.

We prepare custard:

Flour and vanillin to fill in sugar with small amount of milk (to mix nimbus that there were no lumps!)

To hammer egg, to mix. To pour in other milk in kastryulka and to heat.

Thin stream we pour in egg milk mix in hot milk, at continuous stirring, on the minimum fire!

The milk mix quickly gets denser! To add oil and to disturb before its full dissolution. To remove from fire.

Gradually we pour crumb into hot cream.
We create cake.

To roll in ready cake in cocoa or in drink Nesquik. To decorate at will.
