Pie of Apelsink
Ingredients:
700 g are swept away 20% of fat content
300 g of cracker (with poppy, small hrustik)
25 g of gelatin (instant)
1 bag of jelly (orange color)
1-2 pieces of orange (for ornament)
1 Art. of sugar
1 upak. vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1. We dissolve gelatin in 150 ml of hot water. We leave to cool down.
2. We part, according to the instruction, jelly in 300 ml of hot water. Too let runs cold.
3. The cracker is broken in half. It is possible to take other crackers (chocolate, gentle), then to break small.
4. We cut orange on segments. We spread orange on pan bottom and we fill in jelly. We put to cool down in the refrigerator.
5. In bowl or pan we pour out sour cream, we fill sugar, vanilla sugar and properly we shake up. When weight is shaken up, we add the cooled-down gelatin and we shake up once again.
6. With sour cream we add cracker to bowl. Properly we knead.
7. With sour cream it is filled in thickened jelly with orange. We put in the refrigerator before full hardening.
8. We take pie from pan on dish. For some seconds we put pan in bowl with hot water that jelly has melted. Also we overturn on dish.
It is possible to do pie in split mold for pastries. Then at first to fill in layer of sour cream, then to spread fruit and to fill in with gelatin.
