Pie for the weekend
Ingredients:
Dough:
5 eggs,
250 gr. sugar,
5 tablespoons of cocoa
300 gr. the kindled margarine,
200 gr. sour creams,
250 gr. torments and 1 bag of baking powder
Preparation:
To mix everything, to divide dough into 2 parts (2 leaves),
to bake cake layers of 15 minutes at rate-re of 180 degrees.
Cream: - everything to shake up 400 ml.slivka, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 bags of vanillin the mixer, to add 200 gr.smetana to the end
To smear cream on 1 cake layer, from above to lay the 2nd, to water with glaze.
Glaze: - everything to mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 4 tablespoons of cream and 3/4 packs of sugar powder and to apply on cake layer.
Cream fat is necessary, 3/4 packs of icing sugar, are about 190 gr.
It is better to do pie in advance, after preparation to put in cold,
that the stuffing has well stiffened.
